The Boston Dyke March will take place the evening of Friday, June 13 2025! The Boston Dyke March believes in anti-capitalist, intersectional gender liberation and welcomes all who feel the same. Each year the March features several musical performers, poets, and speakers. Musicians generally perform a 15-20 minute set. Poets generally perform for 5-10 minutes. Honoraria will be given to individuals who are chosen to perform at the Dyke March. This means that each member of a group will receive an honorarium unless otherwise negotiated. We are committed to giving a minimum honorarium of $125 per performer, with more if our budget allows. Please submit by 11:59pm on March 2, 2025. The BDM organizing committee will review in March and come to consensus on invitations. Even if you are not selected, we will add prospective performers to our notes for future events. If selected, you will need to provide your lyrics or other text by May 15 to ensure adequate preparation time for the ASL interpretation team. We will also have an intro call with each performer or band to discuss the March logistics where you can also share any accessibility needs that you have so that we can work to accommodate them.
