Previously unknown (to me) car at today's Dayton, Ohio Concours d'Elegance in Carillon Park.

If TV Batman had happened 9 years earlier the 1957 Lincoln Premiere could have been a great Batmobile.

A perfect bridge between the '30s/'40s comic Batmobiles & the Futura adapted for TV in '66.

Awesome!

Continuing the film on slicks, but another sprinkle on the way could end the film on Inters.
POV of 61 year old man watching "F1: The Movie" in the wet—during Formula One's 75th Anniversary season, at Dixie Twin Drive-In Theater—celebrating it's 68th Birthday wknd in Dayton, Ohio. The new "Superman" was up first. Nice double-header during F1 Summer break, leading up to Gem City Comic Con.

Brim, a hat shop, in Dayton, Ohio's Oregon Historic District, suffered a wall collapse.

Dayton's oldest neighborhood is known for it's locally-owned retail, restaurants, and nightlife.

The cause of the collapse is unclear, but high winds today may have been a factor. Freeze and thaw this, and previous winters, likely deteriorated the mortar; a concern for many old buildings.

This is around the corner from my shop, #BonnettsBooks; 86 yrs in a 149 yr old bldg.

See alt-text for more info.

Went out at 1:30a EDT to photograph eclipse. Smell & haze of smoke were unavoidable. Saw source in nearby distance & drove over. DFD on scene. News says abandoned bldg.

6 hrs earlier, I attended David Lynch's "Wild at Heart," feat. fire imagery throughout. 🤯 Strange but true.

2nd image represents Carillon Park/Lunar eclipse idea I hoped to capture. 📷 Alas, had to fake it by combining 2 photos from the outing. Crossed paths w/ 2 other photogs under the "blood moon."👍 Goose poop everywhere!

A month ago I lost button flair. I'd worn it nigh-daily since mid-Sept. It's important—on the other side is a picture of my g-daughter!

Today temps neared 40° F, melting recent snows, the button appeared at my feet outside my front door! It was face up in a gap between the stoop and A/C. I can't believe I didn't spot it before. Believe me, I looked! Must've been covered by leaves prior to snowfall.

I filed away the rust with an emery board to avoid staining my shirts. It's a good day.

I'm a wee bit impressed with the Magic Editor in Google Photos. There was a group of about 6 people standing in front of that tire under the H. I took the photo anyway. Magic Editor was able to remove them completely, giving us the photo we wanted to take.

We also have a couples photo taken by another attendee, but it was ruined by streetlight glare through my wife's core. The tool couldn't fix that glare. I may be able to place myself from that photo into this one, but haven't tried, yet.

Just found in an old comic book.

4 photos I shot during the totality of the eclipse. Red spots around the edges are solar prominences. These images were shot within 1 minute. The bright spot near the bottom grows into a full arch with a visible hollow by the last picture.

I was just watching #StarTrek on #MeTV & was suddenly nostalgic for the #SpockMarket that used to run on #G4TV.

Man, it was nice to have free time to do stuff like this.
