@drwho I feel very uninformed because I have zero idea about 80% of your knowledge.
I see several people promoting their favorite #instances. I can see advantages to belonging to a smaller group that is more closely tailored to your interests but I also see it is nice to belong to a larger group. Is it frowned upon to join more than one instance or is it not necessary?

malokiWhat I was trying to say was: Do not be afraid to ask! You can also tag #needhelp and we'll try to throw answers your way!
Asking things with the "public" setting, helps so people can see you on the Local (your instance) or the Federated timeline (other connected instances), and we can boost it if we can't reply on our own!
