Hamas built their military sites UNDER hospitals not caring about patients and thinking Israel wouldn’t go after them because of the optics. Hamas also purposely aims for civilian sites.

Israel used to maintain world-class levels of restraint for many years, and got shat upon. They no longer do this.

I don’t want to see anyone die, but this isn’t a case of both sides being equally bad, at least not until recently.

Do you have a team lead that is to interface with your new CS? If yes, do they want to be the POC or do they support the 1 on 1 (it could be yes or no to both). How is the new CS relating to approachability; do they engage or just walk by your desk? How long have you been there, and do you rank near the top, middle, or bottom of your crew? Do you feel comfy asking them if they want to talk to you, and how will you feel if they say no?

I’ve currently hit the lotto with my CS. I’ve also had less-than-optimal situations to navigate. That’s in part how I’m able to generate that permutation list.
