I asked an Indian colleague to recommend late 90s Banghra music because I didn't know what to look for - just that I loved Banghra Dance Party in about '99 on Bay Area TV. She clarified that Banghra is a dance style, and that I want music from Punjab. And she shared six YT playlists and Unforgettable Punjabi Hits of the 90s. She also said that the period was a low point for film, dance, and music, but I'm having a great day with it.
