Reputation is built by how projects end, not how they start.
Project Delivery is a contact sport. You can't manage it from the sidelines.
Transparency is a control. Silence is a risk.
The quickest way to lose trust is to over-promise and under-report.
Big projects don't fail differently. They fail louder.
Execution is not a phase. It's a mindset from day one.
You can tell a lot about a project by how it handles bad news.
If the sponsor is absent, the project will invent its own direction.
Scope creep is usually decision avoidance dressed as "flexibility".
