The food was absolutely amazing. We shared a fried green bean appetizer. I had the Grilled Halibut with Lemon Dill sauce. My husband had the buffalo chicken Horseshoe. Salad and soup bar came with our meals. They have a sizeable selection of desserts. I had the red velvet cake, which had been calling my name since I walked in the door and saw it. #AristonCafe #Route66 #Route66Dining
Stopped for dinner at the Ariston Cafe in Litchfield, IL. Did NOT disappoint. The food, service, and atmosphere were all 10/10. Highly recommend.
Also, it's the oldest continuously running diner on #Route66.
Took a quick trip to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and the Blue Ridge Mountains along part of the Blue Ridge Parkway. #TheMountainsAreCalling #SmokyMountains #BlueRidgeParkway #RoadTrip #Landscape
