#Introduction Hi there, we've just set up our first account in the Fediverse!
We are a local, #grassroots campaign, supported by #Medact Sheffield, and part of a national network founded by Health Workers for a Free Palestine working to make South Yorkshire's NHS a Palantir-free zone.
We hope to reach out to others on the Fediverse who support this!
We're revving up for a demo on the 12th of March. See you there and Follow us for updates!
@BobReflected The difference between a woodland and a park perhaps?
If it's the woods I'm thinking of, they have quite a reputation for successful biodiversity projects - it will be interesting to see how the trees fare during the drier seasons.
Sorry to read you were unwell for so long over Christmas but at least you got some good reading done of it. :)
The boots will be muddy again by the weekend but they had a couple of clean days ;-)
@BobReflected Wet isn't it! Still, the drainage ditch with damp loving plants that the park authorities dug a couple of years ago has done it's job and the flooding that can occur hasn't. Adaptation.
Also, my walking boots got so muddy I was motivated to wash them. So a positive from a negative.
Hope you're well. Did you enjoy the books at least?
Each time we refuse, we make it easier for others (and ourselves) to refuse again. We can also make positive statements about what we value: authenticity, accountability, human connection, and credit where credit is due (e.g. to artists for their work).

Really fascinating study of the surface of my coffee as I tap the desk. This is the benefit of those December low sun angle days, I guess...
