Playing Enshrouded and we're in the Blackmire. This screenshot full of lush green foliage, perfectly deep shadows, and dappled sunlight is awe-inspiring.
I realize I'm still grieving a bit the loss of my old 3D pictures hobby ( and some small hope of community recognition with it ) where I spent hours 'trying' to compose a still image this good, and now I can just jump into a world composed of the same assets I used to use, and walk around, explore and take screenshots with no effort.

Hello Pavé!

Spring feels a little early this year, but it's only a little and I gues it depends on lcation. This is always a little wild to me. I was just in a zoom meeting last week and you could tell out someone's window, there was still several inches of snow on the ground. Meanwhile, I've already had to weedeat some tall clover, and you can see in these pictures, my pine tree is budding, the neighbors' fruit trees are flowering, and I'll be throwing maple helicopters again before too long.

The weather app on my phone says the temperature is 73°F outside, and has been since before lunch. I turned on my AC for a bit.
I don't know what amazes me more. Is it that it's this hot, this soon after a major snowstorm, or that this tiny strip of snow is still hanging on in 73°F weather?

These were taken about 10 seconds apart. Alfie jumped up on the bench while I was fumbling with my phone to turn flash off.

If you don't know there is dog snoring under my chair, it sounds like my butt went to sleep, farting rhythmically.

Went for a walk, and met a new neighbor...sort of. They were completely unperturbed by me or the traffic.

This made me stupid happy! We don't even need them. Mrs knew I I'd like them and bought 8 of each. I guess I could throw a party now.
