Today, learned about D'Hondt method (#Hungary parliament)
Fraction for each party (q=V/(s+1), V-tot. votes, s-seats granted so far) determines the un-fairness against that party. Give 1 seat to the most un-fairly treated party, &recalculate😁V stays same!
