HEL - MARIA - METROPOLIS
The model is divided into two RAR files, one for resin printing and one for FDM. They are treated differently so that the creation process is adapted to each printing method. Each RAR file is composed by its different parts and by a 3mf file with the complete figure to be scaled. A base for the figure with the phrases Metropolis, HEL and Fritz Lang is included. The generic dimension is 240 mm the figure. I hope you like it! MARIA - HEL, is the futuristic vision of Fritz Lang, visionary of the future of robotics and is the icon of robotics in cinema. It has itself become an immortal figure in science fiction, pop culture and robotics itself. Mary of Metropolis is symbolism and relevance in classic cinema. Metropolis' Maria robot and Star Wars' C3PO share a remarkably similar design. Both characters feature an anthropomorphic metal body, with stylized shapes and shiny surfaces. Fritz Lang created Maria in 1927, establishing a visual archetype that George Lucas adopted in 1977 for C3PO. This inspiration is evident in the slender structure, joints and mechanical facial expression of both robots, highlighting the enduring influence of METROPOLIS on contemporary science fiction.
