In the early hours of Tuesday, a man was #shot and killed on the North Side in the 1600 block of Howard Street, Rogers Park. #Police found a 38-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the back of his head. The following surveillance footage reveals the shooter lurking in an alleyway, just before running up and firing. Moments later, someone fired shots towards the alley, targeting the shooter.
