Nailed it. I remember when I was a teen that there were countless places I could socialize and just exist without being driven away or threatened or any of the shit teens today have to deal with.

This is the final nail in the coffin for Claire's. Putting your workforce out of jobs AND blaming the left (for mean things said) in the same notice means they deserve to go under. I had a terrible piercing experience there anyhow so yeah, maybe go to an actual piercing professional if you want to get it done.
So I'm back to trying the fediverse given both ziobook and reddit are going to shit. Gotta say I'm impressed with how much easier and more accessible it's become since I first tried it out. Follow me if you hate bigotry, love freedom of speech, believe that trans rights are human rights, black lives matter, don't trust cops or feds, and hate capitalism.

You know how the fat cats avoid paying taxes by using stocks as collateral for loans? I wonder how difficult it would be to pass a law making stocks and bonds ineligible for use as collateral for any form of liquid asset loan. That would, at least in theory, completely disrupt the tax evasion the so called owning class use to stay wealthy at the expense of the rest of us.
I don't want to be American anymore but since I'm trans and partially disabled, I'm held hostage because most countries have anti disability laws regarding immigration.

I don't wear a mask all the time in public by any means, but I wear it in crowds (today in the theater for sure), on public transit, and anywhere with terrible ventilation. I love my exercise classes and they're very small but there's *no* ventilation and I'm just the weirdo who wears a mask
I work with kids and used to get a cold every month or two. THIS IS BETTER.
