I keep looking at the teeth I've been given.
Like, wow. We're in the middle of the biggest civil rights movement in ages, there's a pandemic, we're teetering at the precipice of fascism, and this is the year of being given human teeth.
My life is weird.
I showed some friends a graphic that read "They/them or prepare for mayhem" and somone remarked that they needed it on a button, and it occurred to me that I could make a button with my pronouns on it. I have a button maker. And then I had to consider that I've never used those pronouns. But I sure do think about it a lot.
It's been a long time since I've written anything even remotely scholarly, however, quarantine has given me time to consider such things. So, here's some ramblings about gender expression and the Compendium Maleficarum. Happy Pride!
