@BrodieOnLinux I don't like it but I'm slowly warming up to it. I've got too many people around me really into it and there's too much money and progress pouring into it to ignore. We should be focusing this hard on climate change... but its just AI.

I've just installed Graphene OS on my Pixel 7. I feel like I've never had a more "pixel" or "material" experience before. The control I have over my phone without needing root is amazing.
I feel like this is my first big step to de-googling my life and it feels great!
Using a scaled app store system. F-droid wherever possible, then aurora app store for all free apps, then the sandboxed play store for purchased apps or free apps with purchased unlocked that needs to check for a tie to my G acct.
With the high level of hurricanes this year along with the fact that we are just now entering into peak hurricane season is quite scary. The fact that many people still do not realize that focusing 100% into countering climate change is not investing into the future of the world is insane. This is important if not only the financial aspect where many people will be lost, damaging the economy but also the greater number of disasters and dealing with immediate response for all of this.
