90ml sparkling wine. Prosecco is common, I used an Italian blanc de blancs
60ml aperol
30ml soda water

Pour ingredients into a glass, add ice, garnish with an orange slice. I had no oranges and used a lemon

First time making this simple drink. It's refreshing and perfect for a day when you're dying in the summer heat

5ml simple syrup (rich, 2:1)

Shake with ice, strain and garnish with a maraschino cherry

40ml gin
20ml aperol
20ml lemon juice

Shake with ice and strain over ice.

How I got rid of 4 day expired glögg. I would have wanted to garnish it with something green, but nothing decent was available
