What an amazing and enriching day doing research dissemination of my PhD at
WASSANIndia
on #rainfed #agriculture in India and discussing areas for further collaboration. Really looking forward to what comes next!

A huge thanks to all those who shared their time and knowledge with me and ultimately made this research possible. Infinite gratitude 🙏

I think it is time to say hello here! I am Arianna, currently doing a PhD in Human Geography in Manchester.

I am mostly interested in climate change politics, an how this manifests in agrarian settings. I have engaged with environmental movements and worked alongside smallholder farmers in rainfed areas of India (predominantly reliant on the monsoon).

I write about all this stuff, alongside feminist theories of care, climate coloniality, water, soil and the likes!

Great to be here!
