• Moderates are plotting their move!

A good time to again consider how institutional norms around party centralization underlie all these moving pieces around both policy and message-making power.

In that environment, today @demandprogress is releasing our recommendations to update and modernize the rules of the House Democratic Caucus.

The rules largely contain recommendations for straightforward improvements in the first handful of sections. At the end, they target improved power sharing among all Democrats.

So now I get to think about all the fantastic people I saw/met from the comfort of my DC hotel where I isolate from the sickness.
