How is 26.4 full release so much faster than 26.4 RC. I thought RC is supposed to be the final build or at the very least close to it
Will probably need to reinstall macOS Tahoe. I genuinely think 26 has a hard time clearing out old unused files. It shouldn’t feel this bad on an M1 and apparently a reinstall has fixed issues for people. Though downgrading to 15.7.4 does sound really tempting, because for sure that thing is rock solid. Apple versions are super stable by the time they get to the X.7s
I guess Apple is in their pro apps acquisition era. What’s next? Buying Gentleman Coders to bring back an Aperture developer?
If you combine a small solar panel with a power bank capable of 20w output, you could technically run the Macbook Neo off solar alone. We’re actually getting so close to a future where you can just slap a small solar panel to the back of laptops to charge them.
Fedora KDE Plasma Mobile is actually quite good. They just gotta fix the performance and weird bugs and it’ll be daily drivable

Might have to switch to Zorin OS to get faster updates. Also it has in place updates unlike elementaryOS. I want to like elementaryOS, I really do. It’s just that every release I try of it has deal breakers.

Edit: I’m gonna go with Fedora Cinnamon, can’t really go wrong with them

Edit: Fedora Cinnamon felt kinda slow so I’m moving to CachyOS KDE

Edit: CachyOS KDE ran awfully, Fedora Kde ks actually better

I hope elementaryOS fixes the trackpad zoom bug. So annoying that it activates workspace switching instead of actually zooming.
Who in the KDE Plasma Mobile team thought that letting users reduce the brightness to 0 was a good idea? I was just tryna reduce it to like 1% but accidentally swiped to 0. Now I can’t see the progress of the live cd installation 😭
Microsoft can save Xbox Ones and Series SXs from the landfill by letting people install whatever os on them. Doubt that’ll happen though
There really needs to be a better alternative to GTK 4. It’s getting tiring to see distros fork a program just so they can keep a themable version.
