FUN FACT: the "nano" prefix ultimately descends from Ancient Greek "nanos", which means "dwarf".

Consequently, translating "nanotechnology" as "dwarven machinery" is arguably defensible.

One of my longer works, "A Hundred One Line Poems", appears in the latest issue of Red Wheelbarrow magazine. There's a lot of fascinating work in this issue. Many thanks to Ken & crew for including me.
