I finally finished my WiFi radio build. It has some rough edges, but it's functional!
This uses yoRadio (https://github.com/e2002/yoradio) on an esp32, paired with a nice little enclosed speaker meant for a Harmon Kardon system.
I probably should have spent more than €2 on an amp, but it's not bad. 🤷♂️ I like the clicky buttons and big volume knob though!
A few photos of the finished stand. The model has small tweaks to make it print cleaner and have a tighter fit, but not worth me reprinting the thing.

Phone of Theseus - is it still the same phone?? Over the years I've replaced the motherboard, screen+chassis, camera modules, back cover, and battery. All that's left original now is the fingerprint reader. I saved the original metal power buttons with their worn edges and patina - I kind of want to put them back on!
I finally finished the main characters in my kid's "The First Cat in Space" books! She's been bugging me to make the First Cat, and it was by far the most difficult. My attempt at printing transparent PETG totally failed, so I ended up using the top of a hand soap bottle with a lot of cutting and a mess of super glue... But it's done!

I just installed Shiori after trouble with Karakeep (more the fault of CSF+tailscale?) and wow it's refreshing how simple it is! There's just a single executable binary with everything self contained except a db that it generates/maintains. Create a service and it just works.
The webapp is clean, simple, modern, and allows easy page archiving for your bookmarks, complete with tags.
It can even generate epubs!
Anddd it has a nice app on Fdroid.
Got a backup power solution for my wifi router next time the power goes out!
Since few USB-C power supplies support 12v output and USB-A can't really do 36 watts... I got a cable that requests 20v then stepped it down to 12v with an MP1584. Then threw together a 3D printed enclose.
