Unfortunately, we had a really high amount of fraud and abuse coming through VPNs, so we were forced to block them to cut that off. It had an immediate impact.
We will try to dial it down when we can, but the impact of fraud on our system can hurt all of our artists directly, so we need to weigh trade-offs carefully.
