@AAKL @Engadget 100% It makes tracking of users that much easier and in times were authoritarian fascism is on the rise *globally* it’s a terrible idea. Given the insane number of breaches YoY, it seems to me that adding even more sensitive and identifying data would be nothing short of pure madness. This cliche-ass “Won’t someone think of the children” shit is ridiculous esp considering we have a literal pedo ring case in front of the entire world and not shit has been done about it. /rant
