Motion for Preliminary Injunction To Uncover the Concealed #Epstein Files and to Release and Unredact the Rape Ring #Epstein Files

Judge Emmet Sullivan sets June 30 hearing in Katie Phang lawsuit against the Justice Dept, in which Phang is seeking a court order to require the release of more of the #Epstein files.

The Preliminary Injunction Motion seeks immediate relief in 5 specific areas: (1) illegally redacted names and email addresses; (2) Epstein's redacted co-defendants in the unfiled SDFL federal indictment; (3) the missing FBI interview notes of the alleged 13-year old victim of Felon Donald Trump

...(4) unreleased & untranslated foreign language documents; and (5) the redaction log the DOJ was required to submit, but never did.

The Epstein Files Transparency Act was signed into law on November 19, 2025. This act requires the Attorney General to release all documents and records in possession of the Department of Justice relating to the sex trafficking rape ring #Epstein Files.

165 days of violation of the law. Folks, this is a COVERUP. Period.
