HX-2S modules provide individual cell over-discharge/charge protection (HX-2S-A10). Some of them can balance charge individual cells (e.g. HX-2S-JH10/20). But none provides a buck converter and configurable charging circuit.
Most of these BMS will cycle on/off when batteries are near discharged/recovery threshold.
I am looking at various 2 cell 18650 Li-Ion BMS chips and modules. Strangely I could not find a single commercial module for my application.
TP5100 provides a nice switching buck converter with constant voltage/current charging. Programmable charge current, battery temperature monitoring, short circuit protection. But unfortunately it is more suited for single cell as it lacks individual cell balancing and over charge/discharge protection.
Iranian Majlis (parliament) has rectified a law to cancel DST. This is just a week before the next change! They have zero understanding that tzdata updates take time to take effect. It is not like your wall clock.

- در ماه می ۲۰۱۷ آقای استالمن در وبلاگ خودش از پروژه موزیلا برای Speech recognition پشتیبانی کرد و آن را بسیار پر اهمیت نامید.
- در ماه می ۲۰۱۸ ایشان از استفاده از نرم افزار آزاد توسط اینترپول انتقاد کرد و آن را روشی برای شنود غیر قانونی دانست.
Mozilla Common voice project is very good as long as it is not abused by totalitarian regimes to eavesdrop on citizens. If you live in such a country, avoid donating your voice.

@gitea has joined fediverse. They are in the planning phase of adding federation to Gitea. Does this mean we will be able to file issues, pull-requests and follow repositories in other Gitea instances? We will see.
گیتی به فدیورس پیوست. در توییتر نوشتهاند که میخواهند فدریشن را به گیتی بیاورند. آیا این به این معنی خواهد بود که توسعهدهندگان امکان فایل کردن issue، ارسال pull request و فالو کردن رپوزیتوری در سایر اینستانسهای گیتی را در آینده خواهند داشت؟ به زودی خواهیم دید.
