Kidney transplant in 1999, living with #ChronicIllness is no fun.
Husband is now showing signs of dementia. He’s not always content, habits are more pronounced.
I’m here for the fun and distraction that I know can be discovered.

We decided to have a lazy picnic - so I nipped into M&S for supplies and we went to Groomsport.
The breeze is still a bit chilly, but the gulls are persistent.
A great walk at Crawfordsburn Country Park this morning - so peaceful.
Unfortunately, the walk back to the car was just a little too far for Tom to be comfortable. He did manage, though.
First walk since the bunion operation seven weeks ago.
Took it easy, enjoyed the stroll through the park to the walled wand back to the car.
Great to be out again.
