Morgan@_L1vY_ I remember one night when my oldest was about 18 months old. I'd worked all day, came home, fed him, then started cleaning the house because I thought it was supposed to look like my house when I was growing up (mom was stay at home). My son was following me around crying. I was getting peeved at him. Then it dawned on my how my priorities were completely twisted. After that, my house was always a mess, but my kids had my attention. I don't think they cared about the mess.
I appreciate snow days at least as much as my kids do.
