On Monday, April 20, ACB’s Caitlin Lee will take on the 130th Boston Marathon! While she’s no stranger to marathon running, this will be her first time racing in Boston and her debut in the Para Athlete Division.

The U.S. Department of Justice plans to publish an Interim Final Rule (IFR) on Apr 20 that would delay web and mobile accessibility requirements for state and local governments under Title II of the ADA. We’re thrilled to announce that the Communications, Video, and Technology Accessibility (CVTA) Act was reintroduced in Congress yesterday!

ACB proudly supports the CVTA Act and applauds Senator Edward Markey’s leadership in advancing this bill. We’ve worked alongside a broad coalition of disability advocates to move this legislation forward, including making it a priority at this year’s D.C. Leadership Conference.
