The newly elected supreme cardboard of #Iran.
A suitably pathetic end to a half-century reign of terror, oppressive horror, institutionalized gender violence, and institutionalized pedophilia.
Antizionism is a hate ideology which is distinct from antisemitism and from medieval anti-Judaism.
It works by constructing the Jewish state as an intolerable cosmic evil, the root of all suffering, via a cluster of libels:
#ColonizerLibel
#ApartheidLibel
#GenocideLibel
These libels form a closed discourse used to purge and exclude Jews, even to mark them for violence (unless they repeat the party line).
It cannot be debated; only analyzed and named.

Note to self: next time, just reply with this image
There is NO such thing as a “proud antizionist.”
Because deep down, they know it is a hate movement.
All they have is “but #antizionism isn’t #antisemitism” or “but i’m just criticizing #Israel.”
Naming the oppressor is incredibly powerful. Once you do that, they tend to slink & slither away (for the most part.)
#Antizionism is a hate movement.
Antizionism is genocide.
There is nothing pro-Palestinian about antizionism.
#Antizionism is a racist, obsessive gaze
Antizionism is not "opposition to zionism," it is a hate movement.
Antisemitism is not "opposition to semitism," it is a hate movement.
Antizionism constructs the "zionist" as the world's ultimate boogeyman. It does this by obsessively repeating libels.
Antisemitism, now greatly marginalized, used to construct the "international Jew" as the world's ultimate boogeyman. It did this by obsessively repeating libels.
Are there opportunities for you to name this hate movement?
Jew hatred always evolves to fit the moral vocabulary of the time.
Antisemitism borrowed from the medieval, primarily Christian tropes of previous times, but repackaged them to be refracted through the new (pseudoscientific) racial “awareness.”
Antizionism borrows from the earlier iterations, repackaged through a moral vernacular of white guilt and post-colonial “studies.”
Antizionists, like previous hate movements, imagine themselves to be good people. Just look at that grin.
