A.I. didn't reveal this originally when I asked, but apparently the idea was proposed by Peik and Tamm in 2003. (How specific they were about 2^21 resulting in a foot, I do not know.)

On #Qortal, I have posted a bounty of one pizza for the design of a #MagnumPI themed case for the #RaspberryPi, in the vein of a Hawaiian shirt upper half and blue jeans lower, with a mustache stuck on top. If there are multiple takers, it becomes a competition for the best. The designer reserves his rights, but I get a byline and a free copy.

As nice as it was to see D'Onofrio return as Kingpin in "Daredevil: Born Again", the season's plot arc was crap, a disposable one-off, written for no other reason than to influence the viewers' political opinions in preparation for a real-life civil war.

Recent thorium measurements put the length roughly a quarter inch greater than the traditional foot. The ubiquity of either 12-inch or 30-centimeter rulers makes this length intuitive for humans.

About a day ago, I started looking into the possibility of setting a "space foot" based on the distance light travels in 2^21 ticks of a #Thorium229 nuclear clock. An A.I. search gave compelling reasons for its adoption and claimed that I may be the first to have made the proposal. I doubt I'm the first, but just in case, I'm saying it publicly, now. ;)

For the record, I had no idea that the He-Man movie was being made around the same time my Battle Ram Prototype Project was underway.

I enjoyed the cartoon back in the day, but prefer the canon established by the early mini-comics, prior to the retcon that introduced Prince Adam.

Sounds like the movie writers had an idea similar to what I published in my MotU mini-comic chronology, just not the barbarian part.
