Just being a virtual pest to the virtual ATC by flying from Centennial to Denver International for a touch-and-go and back. On the return trip, I was given the left downwind for runway 35R. A left downwind for a right parallel runway? No thanks. I choose life. I flew the right downwind. The fake ATC didn't seem to mind.
At the shopping center called, "The Grove" in Beverly Hills, California, is this spire bearing its name above the parking garage. That door at the bottom has a blinking red light (it is on in this picture).
If gaming has taught me anything, it is that there is either treasure to be collected or a monster to dispatch on the other side of that door! (A side quest to find the key card or the combination to the door may be required)
I finally finished one more project. I have an F18 wooden model ... for reasons. Several years ago in big earthquake, it fell and broke in several places. I finally took the time to dig out the dowels that broke and glued the pieces back on.
