@morph If you crush "piment d'espelette", does it become "poudre d'escampette"? …I have no idea why this came into my mind. I guess the word are kinda similar.

@morph yes, an expression approximately meaning "to flee" :) "poudre" is "powder", hence "if you crush[…]". Just a bad pun, I'm afraid. I'll have to check out that pepper though. Never heard of it before
@chimo It has a fine taste with very low heat level. In shops here I saw it only quite overpriced. So !grow my own. ;)
