I arrived two days ago in the US, and had booked an Airbnb for two months. My host never replied to me once I arrived and I found myself homeless.

Now, Airbnb is showing an ad on their website "Share your place at …, you could earn 250€ a week!".

If only I had a place to share and not a basic and very expensive hotel room… They must have never head about #EmpathicDesign :/

Btw, Airbnb support is not good at all in such situations. It boils down to "here is a 200$ coupon, find something else".
