I just canceled my subscription and closed my @feedbin account. I was a customer for many, many years and I simply don't need the service anymore.

The cancellation process is a perfect example for how it should be: Easy to find and clearly visible button to cancel. Getting one very simple confirmation dialog. Once confirmed, that's it, account closed. You get a mail to confirm the closure and thanking you. And it has an OPML export attached!

@tisba Thank you for sharing your positive experience! I once had a similar great cancellation experience when I closed my box.com account that I did not needed anymore. I just went to the account submenu, clicked "close account", and after confirmation the whole procedure was done.
Thats the way to do it: It was so easy, I tell everybody about it. Free advertisment by taking your customers needs seriously.
