not really a fan of this “getting up earlier during the weekend than during the week” business
anyway! this morning I’m taking the regional train to Erkner, so that I can join the ADFC Sternfahrt (my first year!), cycling (back) to Berlin with lots of other people from all around! \o/
someone on the train is wearing ellesse apparel which *always* reminds me of this message I sent @harmonia_amanda years ago

but I didn't really fancy going that far out, this early in the morning, and then being somewhat exhausted already when joining the other people on the tour that was advertised as being on the faster side ^^ hence, train!
and we're off!!
this isn't really a pride event but I still suddenly feel like I should have brought my bi pride flag
I love waving back at the children watching from the sides :3
(and the other humans, if they're friendly ^^)
my conclusion is already that this is great and I should join again next year 
we've made it to Friedrichshagen!

eine Autofahrerin wollte von der Gegenspur auf unsere Spur wechseln, musste natürlich warten bis wir alle an ihr vorbei geradelt waren
ungünstigerweise stand sie dabei quer auf den Straßenbahngleisen zwischen den zwei Fahrtrichtungen 
und dann kam die Straßenbahn… ich hab versucht zurückzuschauen, als ich das letzte Mal Sicht darauf hatte hatte sie noch nicht angefangen zurückzusetzen, dann war ich zu weit weg

OsmAnd’s recording says it’s 34.9 km long, which is obviously going to be too short
I tried to trace the route in google maps (except that it obviously won’t send me along the A100 :P) and I think 55 km is a better estimate, let’s just go with that
