I'm part of the infrastructure team at Blender.
Your DNS results are showing the nameservers (`NS`) of `blender.org` which are indeed CloudFlare. Many of our services were being DDoSed and scraped by AI-bots, which is why we opted for CloudFlare WAF in some cases to mitigate attacks. However, `video.blender.org` is not behind proxied CloudFlare.
The video plays fine for me:

It seems that for some reason it only has the 480p option, whereas you are requesting the `-master.m3u8`. This could be a misconfiguration on our part. I will take some time to investigate the issue further. If you have more info, please let us know.

Many of our services were being DDoSed and scraped by AI-botsThere are way better ways to achieve this without pissing on peoples Fundamental Human Rights and Online Privacy, CloudFlare is even more evil than M$ and and Alphabet combined.. Did you read their Anti-privacy and AUP before give away peoples PII data for free? Are your supporters aware they now support internet censorship and protect the majority of all phishing and other scam on the internet, as it is controlled, protected and served by #CrimeFlare, just as you gave away the ownership and control of your data?No, we are firewalling any and all of Cloudflare network for security and privacy.
So if you like to publish, as in public and get back the control of your servers and data, I suggest other methods... Anubis on GH seems like an option for some, FramaSoft are using them, on their own PeerTube.

Or switch to a hosting provider that support DDoS protection as default. I can think of two, whom also respects privacy, Hetzner.de and German hosted services from OVH.com.
