I launched Fox Issue Tracker 4 this week! It's got a refreshed interface on both iOS and Mac that brings them into alignment, a new outline view to browse issues, a history notes feature, and a ton more tweaks! I am really excited about this one finally getting out of the gate since it took a good bit of elbow grease and gets some things I've wanted done.
