l_b_i@flicka could it be rosemary? Does it have a scent? (I have no idea, but those leaves look kinda like my rosemary).
@l_b_i that is a good guess, but it doesn't smell and the leaves are more thin than a rosemary

I looked through the description and it seemed to match pretty well. It's hard to tell from the picture but it looks like the leaves are almost alternate (across from each other). I don't see any hairs too and the edges of the leaves are smooth except for fine serrations towards the tip. The wiki article says it has been introduced as an ornamental garden plant too.
