#Linux people need to understand: nobody moves to Linux because they want, but because they need to.

That “need” is a breaking #Windows update, or a slow computer, 99% of the time.

The sooner they come up with a migration app for Windows, the better. Otherwise we’ll keep seeing <5% Linux users forever.

I did. And i'm sure many other people did.

@darkghosthunter I also dont't think making a migration app is possible. nor do i think installing a distro is hard. Just flash the ISO on the USB, boot in live mode and click whatever button says "Install"

2. USB Boot is black magic for the 95% rest of the market.

Linux should be welcoming from the instance it becomes an alternative, not a gated pro-only environment. Plus, not everyone can upgrade still to Windows 11 when their machine is still working with Windows 10.
