'Dark Crystal' and 'Return of the Jedi' puppet artist Michael McCormick dies at 85 in Albuquerque

Michael McCormick, the Albuquerque-based puppet maker who helped create iconic creatures for 'The Dark Crystal,' 'Labyrinth,' and 'Return of the Jedi,' died Sunday, May 24, in his studio at age 85.
