Yet today Swiss-registered #IA says, “You can now use our apps on devices where App Store is disabled” a wink-and-nudge that they're open to selling to Russia (since they didn't need to explicitly point that out if merely now selling on their site).

I changed my VPN to a Russia-friendly country, said I was in Russia and IA was more than happy to take my money for #iawriter
