Hmm, not hearing radio traffic on a likely pursuit by LAPD (up here into Ventura County... went to El Rio, turned around, now heading back through my area).

@ai6yr heard the rotors, checked Flightradar and came to the same conclusion. Wanted to check here to see if anyone had more info as yeah, I can't find any media coverage of any chases...

@technotion Pretty sure they got snagged in El Rio, probably the local cops got them as they pulled off the freeway.

@ai6yr I noticed all of the copters followed the same path to get home, over the 101 freeway... do we know, are they required to do so by some regulation?

@technotion It's a lot easier to navigate that way, and you don't have to deal with terrain being in the way.
