@SooJinL It was the first time I've ever had this and it was really good. The menu had instructions on how to eat it. It basically said to stir everything in the hot pot all together. I thought it was going to be like a soup, but it wasn't at all. The side dishes were side dishes and were also very good.

@mlanger Yup, stir it all together, and add gojuchang if you like it’s spicy sweet flavor.

@SooJinL I added a little bit of soy sauce and a little bit of the hot sauce. I don't like my food super spicy, but it seemed kind of bland without it.

@mlanger Bibimbap varies a lot. It’s basically a bowl of rice with leftovers and a fried egg on top for some protein, then you sauce it to your preference.
