BREAKING: VA Gov Abigail Spanberger just vetoed a bill that would ban ICE from making warrantless arrests inside of courthouses.

Let me be clear, if we do not have due process of law, then we have fascism.

Virginia Democrats have the House, the Senate, and the Governorship. They have all the power and still under a Corporate Centrist Democrat, align with fascist ideology. Just indefensible.

It's a coercive method for a State or Federal prosecutor to achieve a guilty verdict in exchange for a lesser sentence.

Perhaps the sentencing guidelines at the State and Federal level are excessive for many misdemeanor crimes.

It's bad optics for the Governor because people abuse the system in place with few options short of a full criminal trial.
