@markarayner I blend pork and chicken together; it cuts the fat and pork flavor but remains very good for everything that calls for ground meat. Also, it's less than half the cost of beef.

@markarayner My first thought was 'that's too pink for pork so probably not just a misspelling'. Zooming in shows that it's a beef and pork blend. I think 'bork' does sound better (and is funnier) than 'berk' would have.
