Oh this is some next level bullshit from Capture One. Shoving ads into my app when I open it up. They just really really really fkn piss me off this mob.

No means no.

I think their business model is to leave bugs rife through the app in the hope you'll pay for future fixes.

Keeping in mind they have been dragging support for most Lumix cameras for years now. Took them sooooo long to get around to switching on RAW file support for the GH6. Still no tethering for S9, S5II, S5IIX, S1, S1R, S1H. Or remember that time they retroactively cancelled all those Fuji licenses?

They saw Adobe getting away with treating their customers like trash so thought they'd try to behave even worse.

It seems Affinity can stitch that set no problems. I live in hope that Canva buy out Capture One. Did I mention that Affinity is FREE?
@ewen can Affinity stitch the RAW, or do you have to edit and export first?
@gustav

In this case I did my tuning and exported to JPG, then stitched that. I think Affinity support for RAW is limited to LibRAW, so it would essentially be converting from RAW to a flat image before stitching anyway.

For a decade I used a tool called Giga Pano by Kolor. They were a French software company, but they went broke. Their software was incredibly powerful and offered granular control unlike anything I've seen since. I think we are poorer for the lack of smaller enterprises.

UPDATE: Have just tried the same stitch with the original RAW files and it worked fine. You end up with a flat file once stitched, so less flexibility to edit.
@ewen Kolor was bought by GoPro and then GoPro killed all products. I switched to PTGui.
@tobsen

I had no idea! Thanks :)
