Uhh S01E03 is fun some coop housing. #granddesigns
The concept is quite fun, you have the coop that is spending money and the people then have to build the houses pretty much on their own. When they are finished they live there and pay rent.
I guess thats pretty similar to mietshäusesyndikat but usually people have to renovate on their own.
