@Aspiedan To gain access to doctor/nurse, I have to begin by phoning them at 07:59:59... It gets worse from then on. All I want to be able to do is to request an appointment via email, where I can think carefully about what I say before I send it.
The 'triage' process violates my autistic routines, and my physical disabilities make it difficult to just 'call in' to try to get seen.
@PatternChaser here we have to use an app that asks for details etc. And you get called back. Its great for me, but for people who prefer phoning it is not so good
