Proton 2026 spring and summer roadmaps:

(Being able to send email via external providers is interesting, it's like what they already have with aliases via the SimpleLogin integration. It can potentially be useful for those migrating over from Gmail.)
(As for the Lumo AI SDK, it sounds a bit like Proton wants to be Google 2.0 and be embedded into every website, which can potentially give them the power for cross-site tracking if they ever become an "evil corporation". I mean, they already handed over user data to some authorities...)

Git 2.54 Released With New Experimental "git history" Command:
https://www.phoronix.com/news/Git-2.54-Released
(The `git history reword` command is pretty cool, sometimes I realize that I made a typo in the commit message, or pressed the up key in the terminal a few times because I'm lazy to type the commit command, then forgot to edit the commit message, being able to edit the commit message can be really handy in these cases)
(The split command can also be pretty useful, sometimes I forget to commit the changes after I did a specific thing (implemented a feature, or fixed a bug), because my brain is a few steps ahead, and really wants to do this and that extra thing, and then I can't really write a meaningful but short commit message because the commit does too many things, splitting a commit is actually a pretty good fix for this.)
(Now the only thing missing is the option to merge a commit with its parent, so when I go retard and commit a bug fix, and realize afterwards that it didn't actually fix the bug (or at least not fully), there don't have to be 2 commits with the same "fix xy bug" message lol)
