Apropos of nothing, I was reminded tonight of a stellar cocktail bar tucked away in Gamla Stan (of Stockholm) in Sweden. It sticks in my mind as a highlight in Stockholm. Absolutely magical cocktails. Looking at their 2026 menu, I'm still blown away.
